Profile

Senior executive and diplomat with more than four decades of experience in corporate leadership, institutional governance, and strategic management. He built a distinguished career in the insurance and risk management sector, culminating as CEO and Chairman of Marsh Dominican Republic.

He currently serves as Ambassador of the Sovereign Order of Malta to the Dominican Republic, where he promotes international cooperation, humanitarian diplomacy, and institutional strengthening, working closely with national authorities, multilateral organizations, and the diplomatic corps accredited in the country.

He is widely recognized for his ability to build consensus, lead complex processes, and develop strategic partnerships aimed at social and healthcare development.
